Servify contacted Toronto Global to seek assistance in its expansion, and in collaboration with the Regional Municipality of Durham’s Economic Development and Tourism Division, Town of Whitby Economic Development and 1855 Whitby, Toronto Global assisted in bringing this investment to Durham Region. In addition, Toronto Global connected the company with a number of resources and institutions in Durham, including 360insights, the AI Hub, Durham College and Ontario Tech University, while also introducing the company to a grant and incentives firm, and providing an overview of real estate and business cost comparisons between the Toronto Region and Mumbai.
Today, spanning across three continents and catering to more than 45 brands across verticals, Servify is committed to delivering customer service excellence.
The company’s Senior Director will be operating out of 1855, Whitby’s new technology accelerator. Durham Region’s integrated transportation network, great quality of life and talented tech workforce – fueled by Durham College and Ontario Tech University – were factors that influenced the company’s choice to establish a regional office in Whitby.
